WIN MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITION
RULES AS A REGISTERED MEMBER OF WIN IMPACT NETWORK SDN BHD.
1.0) Among the Conditions to be a REGISTERED MEMBER of WIN IMPACT NETWORK
SDN BHD :
1.1) REGISTERED WIN MEMBERS must be 18 years of age or older at the time of
registration;
1.2) Member Registration Application is "online" through the WIN IMPACT
NETWORK SDN BHD System;
1.3) WIN IMPACT NETWORK SDN BHD has the right to approve or reject any
registration application WITHOUT any reason or excuse;
1.4) Registration of WIN MEMBERS only one Name and one Identification Card is
allowed (Registration under Company Name is NOT ALLOWED);
1.5) Any falsification of Personal Information Data whether Full Name or Personal
Identification Card Number detected in the WIN System to become a WIN
MEMBERS is an offense and the WIN MEMBERS Account may be frozen by the
Company without any NOTICE.
2.0) Responsibilities as a WIN MEMBER
2.1) WIN MEMBERS are members who are independent to run the business of WIN
IMPACT NETWORK SDN BHD;
2.2) WIN MEMBERS may not introduce themselves as employees or Agents of WIN
IMPACT NETWORK SDN BHD;
2.3) WIN MEMBERS must comply with all policies and regulations including the code
of ethics and additional regulations officially issued by WIN IMPACT NETWORK SDN
BHD from time to time;
2.4) WIN MEMBERS must comply with all official or written explanations about WIN
products issued by WIN IMPACT NETWORK SDN BHD Company and must not make
any additions and acknowledgments that are not issued in writing by WIN IMPACT
NETWORK SDN BHD;
2.5) When explaining the Marketing Plan of WIN IMPACT NETWORK SDN BHD, WIN
MEMBERS should:-
2.5.1) Explain the Marketing Plan correctly and clearly;
2.5.2) The description must be as outlined and approved by WIN IMPACT NETWORK
SDN BHD;
2.5.3) Must not influence any prospect with a promise or any offer that is not issued
by WIN IMPACT NETWORK SDN BHD Company;
2.5.4) It is not allowed to promise any prospect that just by buying the product
of WIN IMPACT NETWORK SDN BHD can get a good reward without having to do
anything (The 5D System 'Sit quietly and get MONEY' ) which is not offered by the
Company WIN IMPACT NETWORK SDN BHD because the Company runs a legitimate
Business with Products instead of running a Pyramid Scheme.
3.0) Notice and Correspondence
All NOTICES or correspondence sent by WIN IMPACT NETWORK SDN BHD to WIN
MEMBERS are considered valid according to the last address listed in WIN IMPACT
NETWORK SDN BHD System Records.
4.0) Right to Cancellation of Membership
WIN IMPACT NETWORK SDN BHD has the full right and authority to cancel all
money accumulated in the account of WIN MEMBERS if WIN MEMBERS is found
guilty and violates the Ethics of WIN business.
4.1) LAW AND JURISDICTION
4.1.1) Any interpretation or definition of any matter related to the policies,
regulations and codes of ethics of WIN IMPACT NETWORK SDN BHD, Malaysian law
is applicable;
4.1.2) WIN IMPACT NETWORK SDN BHD has the right to take legal action against
any WIN MEMBERS who is found to be in violation of the items in paragraph 4.2
below :
4.2) CANCELLATION AND SUSPENSION OF WIN
WIN IMPACT NETWORK SDN BHD reserves the right to cancel or suspend any WIN
MEMBERS immediately if the WIN MEMBERS is found guilty of doing things like the
following:-
4.2.1) WIN MEMBERS has been found to cause damage to the image, reputation,
business and operation of WIN IMPACT NETWORK SDN BHD including in its network;
4.2.2) WIN MEMBERS has introduced the business and Products of WIN IMPACT
NETWORK SDN BHD in a way that does not follow the policies, rules and codes of
ethics issued by WIN IMPACT NETWORK SDN BHD includes selling WIN IMPACT
NETWORK SDN BHD products below MEMBER price allowed or set by WIN IMPACT
NETWORK SDN BHD Company;
4.2.3) WIN MEMBERS who is found to do crosslining by attracting other members
into his network is an offence;
4.2.4) WIN MEMBERS are found to be making alliances or conspiring to incite to
divide members with WIN IMPACT NETWORK SDN BHD or fellow members;
4.2.5) WIN MEMBERS are found to be doing or doing work including discussing other
businesses inside or outside the premises of WIN IMPACT NETWORK SDN BHD with
the intention of inciting WIN MEMBERS to change the business of WIN IMPACT
NETWORK SDN BHD to another business [either with the concept of "Networking"
or Investment/Scheme] including defaming the name of WIN Company so that WIN
MEMBERS change the business of WIN IMPACT NETWORK SDN BHD to another
business [whether with the concept of "Net-working" or Investment/Scheme];
4.2.6) WIN MEMBERS were found to be manipulating the system to the extent that
the Company WIN IMPACT NETWORK SDN BHD suffered losses;
4.2.7) WIN Membership will be CANCELED Automatically if WIN MEMBERS DOES
NOT PURCHASE minimum purchase as stipulated in WIN marketing plan.4.3) EXCHANGE OF OWNERSHIP OF THE WIN MEMBER'S ACCOUNT TO A THIRD
PARTY
4.3.1) WIN MEMBERS can change the ownership of his account to a third party upon
the consent of both parties and agreed by the Company WIN IMPACT NETWORK
SDN BHD;
4.3.2) The above WIN MEMBERS need to ensure that there is no violation of the
policies, rules and codes of ethics of WIN IMPACT NETWORK SDN BHD before
changing his/her account;
4.3.3) Each conversion must be accompanied by a letter of authorization and a copy
of the identity card of the account holder and the third party;
4.3.4) WIN IMPACT NETWORK SDN BHD has full authority to approve or cancel the
conversion of the account;
4.4) SOLUTIONS FOR DEAD OR DISABLED WIN MEMBERS
In the event of the death or disability of a WIN MEMBERS, the legal heir can inherit
all rights over the deceased WIN MEMBERS membership by showing evidence
to WIN IMPACT NETWORK SDN BHD or if WIN MEMBERS become disabled, anyone
authorized by WIN MEMBERS with his/her new written consent inherits all rights to
the membership.
